FAQs
Are you offering in person therapy?
Yes! My office is in San Clemente, CA and I am offering in-person sessions. I am also able to offer teletherapy for those who prefer virtual therapy or have a busy schedule.
What can I expect from therapy?
I aim to create a relationship with you that is supportive and empathic. I spend the first several sessions getting to know you, who you have been and who you want to be. We will discuss your goals and hopes from therapy and go from there. I will continuously check in with how you are feeling in the therapeutic relationship to ensure I am meeting your needs.
Can I use insurance to pay for therapy?
At this time I am currently unable to accept insurance. I am an out of network provider, and can provide you with a Superbill to submit to insurance at the end of each month. I encourage you to call your insurance provider and ask what the out of network mental health coverage is. That way, you will know if they will reimburse a percentage of your sessions. Otherwise, I accept Cash, Check, Paypal, Discover, American Express, Mastercard, Visa.
