About me
I received a BA in Psychology from Sacramento State University and a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University. I have four years of experience in working with children, adolescents, teens, young adults, families and couples.
I sit on the other side of the chair because I am a believer in the power of talking things out, no matter how big or small they may be. At times, this also includes speaking the unspoken. I want to provide support at every step while we process emotions, understand patterns and learn new ways of communicating. Seeing emotional change shapes me into the therapist, and human that I am.
In this space, you can put down the walls that keep you from authenticity and connection.
My Approach
I bring my entire authentic self to the session. I utilize my empathy, our partnership, and a holistic approach to learn about you and all of the branches of your life. Therapy isn’t a ‘one size fits all’. Therapy’s most vital part is the therapeutic relationship so I value and place high importance on our relationship. Please reach out if you have questions about the process of therapy or to schedule a consultation to see if I am the right fit for you!
